Would you like to return or exchange an item?

No problem! You can return your items to us within 14 days. Anything that doesn't fit will be exchanged: We also offer you a simple and automated size exchange.

Two refund options: refund or store voucher

When you make your return, you will have the choice between a refund of your payment via the original payment method or a store credit with an additional bonus of 10% on the total amount.

Our return policy

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label.

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you selected when making the purchase. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. Processing and refunding can take up to 10 working days.
